"Ratio, price, quality and very good positioning, very good communication with the host, markets and small restaurants nearby, the center is 30 minutes walk, the clean room, it is well soundproofed equipped with refrigerator, TV and a small balcony, you get there very quickly by bus 421/433 from Central Station as a landmark is a fire building opposite the accommodation."
